If you make a mistake on your order, for example, you thought it was a physical item, a refund will only be given if the item has 'not' been downloaded.

If the item 'has' been downloaded, no refund will be possible.

If you notice any problems with your JPEG purchase, please let me know and I’ll be more than happy to correct the error.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW DO I GET IT PRINTED?

You can get your artwork printed at a local print shop or online. The artworks can be emailed or uploaded to a printing site.

DOWNLOADING A DIGITAL ART

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a “View your files” link which goes to the Downloads page.
Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.  Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation can take a few minutes.  You will get a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
